TOTLB 224 The Way of the Dragon

It’s pop culture classic everyone! We have arrived all the way back to 1973! During the height of an amazing martial arts career, Bruce Lee is in the middle of making some of the most exciting movies, in the martial arts genre. All of the members of team TOTLB, have a big fondness for Bruce Lee. It’s because of this, that we decided that we needed to take a look back onto one of his movies. That movie, for this topic, is The Way of The Dragon.

This may or may not be the favorite of Lee’s movies, but it definitely deserves a ton of recognition. You might remember this movie for the epic fight at the end. Of course, we’re talking about a young Chuck Norris, who makes his film debut, for this movie! For those of you who don’t know, Chuck Norris trained with Bruce Lee, for approximately two years, and they built a great friendship! It can definitely be noticed, at the end of this film. As Bruce Lee plays with different filming shots, in what is also his directorial debut. This fight seems more real than most martial arts, at the time. It might be one of the slower of Lee’s movies, but it is 100% worth your time!
