Do you have superhero fatigue yet? Are you tired of all of the DC and Marvel movies/tv shows that have been hitting the airwaves? Well, tired or not, our next topic takes a different spin on the superhero genre! We are of course, talking about the 2020 film on Netflix, Project Power!

Project Power stars Jamie Foxx, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. In this universe, superhero powers only come in increments of five minutes, and you have to take a pill, in order to find out what your power will be. BUT, you run the risk of having no power, and simply blowing up! Gordon-Levitt’s character is a police officer who is trying to rid the street of this drug, while taking it himself, and Jamie’s character is trying to find his daughter, with whom, seem to be the source of the super powers in general!
