TOTLB 271 Alice in Borderland

Our next subject, for today, is a tricky one. After watching, we still aren’t quite sure what is actually going on. Did people get transported to a secret location that looks exactly like where their homes were? Did they get transported to a different universe somewhere? We’re hoping that some of these questions will get answered in the next season, but we of course, are speaking about the Netflix series, Alice in Borderland!

Alice in Borderland is based off of the Japanese manga of the same name. It is based in Tokyo, with three friends, who essentially “wish” that their current lives would be different, and find themselves in a position of, be careful what you with for. Arisu, and his friends find themselves fighting for their lives, in what seems to be a game, where players have to survive different situations, and collect playing cards. There is MUCH death in this show, but as much as it is gory, it is also very compelling! It is definitely worth the watch!
