TOTLB 434 Day Shift

There are movies…..that just by the trailer, heck, just when you hear the castings, you know are going to be silly. That doesn’t mean that they’re going to be bad, it just means that they’re going to be made with the only intent of making their audience laugh, and not taking themselves too seriously. I think today’s topic is one of those movies. We’re talking about the Jamie Foxx film, Day Shift!

“A hardworking dad out to provide for his daughter uses a boring pool-cleaning job as a front for his real gig: hunting and killing vampires.”

This is a silly vampire movie that is also funny and entertaining. Jamie Foxx is trying to make money so that he can keep paying the bills that his son needs. In order to do that, he has to get back into the vampire killing profession. Dave Franco adds so much hilarity to this movie, and then there is Snoop Dogg, playing………..well Snoop Dogg!
