Here we are, at the end, of one of the best trilogies that has ever been created. YES, we’re biased with that comment, but financially, and ratings wise that comment definitely seems to hold much truth for the majority of people. We’re here at the conclusion of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, talking about the Return of the King!
“The culmination of nearly 10 years’ work and conclusion to Peter Jackson’s epic trilogy based on the timeless J.R.R. Tolkien classic, “The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King” presents the final confrontation between the forces of good and evil fighting for control of the future of Middle-earth. Hobbits Frodo and Sam reach Mordor in their quest to destroy the `one ring’, while Aragorn leads the forces of good against Sauron’s evil army at the stone city of Minas Tirith.”
What happens to our rag tag group of people whom are at the ends of their ropes, but know that they still have much to accomplish? Aragorn is finally making a turn to be the person, and the king, who he was meant to be his whole life. Sam & Frodo are still trucking along on this perilous journey to destroy the ring, and have to deal with a traitor, and many other dangerous things out in the world. Yes, this movie ends about four times, but, it’s totally worth it!!
